Jane Smith provided workshops on stress management as part of a Women’s Group running
bi-weekly at the Community Drug Team, for approximately 3 years. Jane’s workshops were professionally presented and the attention to detail was very impressive (providing handouts
for the women, mixing sample aromatherapy oils for them to use at home etc).  As staff, we
have learnt a lot about the subject matter of stress management and relaxation from her and
it was really gratifying to see the women enjoying the sessions. Here are some words from one

"Jane’s 1-1 Qi Gong lessons really help with restoring my balance whilst also revitalising
